Clint’s legal practice focuses on business law and estate planning. In addition to assisting families and individuals with their various business and estate matters, Clint acts as an outside general counsel for dozens of small to mid-size businesses.
Working closely with business owners and executives, Clint strives to help each of them achieve their business goals and navigate various legal challenges. Clint’s broad background in business, management, and consulting enables him to work effectively with companies from various industries, including construction, real estate, software sales/development, online sales, retail, solar, and professional services.
Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law – Houston. Clint enjoys baseball, golf, fly-fishing, and spending time with his wife and family.
